Mrs. Joyce May Rutledge, age 52, passed away on Saturday July 22, 2017 at her home in Forest, MS. Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 26, 2017 from 11:30AM until 1:50PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday July 26, 2017 at 2:00PM at the Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, MS with Bro. Kenny Lang officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Baptist Cemetery in Lake, MS. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Born on August 22, 1964, Mrs. Rutledge was a lifelong resident of Forest, MS. She was a member of the Magnolia Heights Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles May. She is survived by her husband, Randy Rutledge of Forest, MS; her mother, Nancy May of Forest, MS; one step-son, Chris Rutledge of Forest, MS; one sister, Pat Gatewood (Danny) of Forest, MS; one brother, Scottie May of Forest, MS; one nephew, B.J. Gatewood (Ashley) of Forest, MS; one step-nephew, C.J. Massey of Pennsylvania; four step-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Chris Rutledge, Coty May, Richard Havard, C.J. Massey, Matthew Stevens, and Chris Wicker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joey Rigby, B.J. Gatewood, and Heath Warren.
