Bro. Billie G. Nichols, age 83 passed away on Saturday April 27, 2019 at MS. State Veterans home in Kosciusko, MS. Visitation will be held on Sunday April 28, 2019 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS and on Monday April 29, 2019 at Lake Christian Church from 12:30 PM until 12:50 PM.Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 29, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Lake Christian Church in Lake, MS. Bro. David Mabry and Bro. John Cash will be officiating.
Bro. Billie resided in Conehatta, MS for the past 52 years. He was a member of Lake Christian Church in Lake, MS. He was instrumental in getting the MS. Christian Service Camp started in Decater, MS. He was a Pharmacist and former owner of Super Discount Drugs in Newton, MS and worked for many years at Moore’s Pharmacy in Walnut, Grove, MS. He loved spending time with his family.
Bro. Billie Nichols was preceded in death by his first wife, Joann Nichols and his son, Kevin Nichols. He is survived by his wife, Gale Nichols of Conehatta, MS, his two sons, Ken Nichols (Lynn) of Meridian, MS; Kris Nichols (Genieveve) of Conehatta, MS; daughter Karen Reece (Weyman) of Conehatta, MS and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be James Rucker, Brandon Reece, Nick Reece, Taylor Nichols, Dylan Nichols and Weyman Reece. Honorary Pallbearers will be Charles Evans and Andrew Nichols.
