Anne Morrow Brown (Smith)

Mrs. Anne Brown, 89, passed away at her home in Forest on Saturday, September 19, 2020. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Wolf Funeral Services in Morton. The services will be officiated by Rev. Sheila Cumbest.
Mrs. Brown was born on August 26, 1931 in North Mississippi to the late Mary and Frank Smith. She had lived in Scott County since 1955. Anne enjoyed playing golf and bridge and was a member Morton United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Joe Tom Brown, Jr; one son, Ricky Brown; her parents, Mary and Frank Smith; and 5 siblings. Anne is survived by her two sons, Tom Brown (Susan) of Forest, Jo Jo Brown (Martha) of Morton; one sister, Oneda McCuiston of West Point; four grandchildren, Chrysler Carter (Chance), Chan Brown (Marty), Chad Brown (Mika), Bailey Sprowles (William); nine great grandchildren, Paxton Brown, Carter Brown, Chandler Brown, Parker Brown, Sarah Foster Brown, Walker Brown, Campbell Carter, Bradley Carter, Bennett Carter and a special family friend, Ricky Parker.
