Betty Louise Rinehart, 79, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. The family will be planning a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
Mrs. Rinehart was born in Greenville, MS on August 18, 1941, to the late Louise Meadows Tolbert and Troy Tolbert.
