Angeline Roland

Angeline Yvonne Shepard Roland, age 80, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at her residence in Carthage, MS. There will be a private burial at New Hope Cemetery in Carthage, MS.
Yvonne was born to Eugene Shepard and Mary Cox Shepard on March 3, 1942, in Rome, GA. She was a talented artist, loved all types of arts and crafts and talking on her cell phone. Yvonne loved her cat Peanut. She really enjoyed Christmas Time.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mary Shepard; husband, Bobby Roland; two sons, Wayne Gunn and Jerry Gunn; grandson Wayne Anderson Gunn; brother, Jerry Shepard; sister, Sandra Thompson and a daughter-in-law, Pam Gunn. Yvonne was survived by her son, Danny Gunn; daughter, Sammie Massey (Roger) daughter-in-law, Brenda Gunn; grandson/caregiver, Preston Massey (Candice); brother, Danny Shepard (Pat) and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; stepchildren Alex Roland, Angela Roland and Melody Crews and a sister-in-law, Evelyn Shepard.
