Mary Lee Archie

Mrs. Mary Lee Archie, age 92, a resident of Lake, MS passed away on Sunday April 19, 2015 at her home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 22, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Thursday from 12 Noon until service time at 3:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Burial will follow in the Sharon Primitive Baptist Cemetery in Lake, MS. Officiating will be Bro. Larry Laird and Bro. Victor Bugg. Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Archie lived most of her life in Lake, MS. She was a member of the Pine Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in Lawrence, MS. She was a member of the Hazel Homemakers Club for over 50 years. She enjoyed cooking, flower gardening and making quilts.
Mrs. Archie is preceded in death by her husband, Mac Archie in 1989; one son, William Gibbs. She is survived by one daughter, Terrie Jacobs and husband Mark of Lake, MS; three sons, Michael A. Archie of Vicksburg, MS, Billy A. Archie and wife Christie of Lake, MS, Timothy M. Archie of Lake, MS; eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Justin Horn, Mickey McMillan, Charles Thompson, Billy Gibbs, Shane Wall, Prentiss Bounds. Honorary pallbearers are Ed Nester, Royce Richardson, Ed Ware, James Leach.
