Gloria Ballenger

Mrs. Gloria Faye Ballenger, age 75, passed away on Wednesday October 26, 2016 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be held on Friday October 28, 2016 from 4:30PM until 8:00PM and again on Saturday October 29, 2016 from 8:30AM until 9:50PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday October 29, 2016 at 10:00AM at the Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, MS. Burial will follow in the Cash Cemetery; there will be no graveside services. Officiating will be Pastor Dexter Truesdale. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Ballenger was a lifelong resident of Jackson, MS. She was a faithful member of the Flag Chapel Baptist Church in Jackson, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Jewel Patrick; and her sister, Billie Jo Hart. She is survived by her children, Lisa McCollum (Mike) of Clinton, MS, Loyd Ballenger of Jackson, MS, Mike Ballenger of Jackson, MS, and Daryl Ballenger of Virginia Beach, VA; two sisters, Beth Bunn (Ronnie) of Florence, MS and Becky Craddock (Mike) of Kosciusko, MS; two grandchildren, Lindsey McCollum of Clinton, MS and Lauren Bynum of Brookhaven, MS; seven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Mike Craddock, Mike McCollum, Woody McCullough, Ricky David, and Earnest Barber.
