Lloyd Ray Ballenger

Mr. Lloyd Ray Ballenger, age 58, passed away on Friday March 8, 2019 at St. Dominic Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held Monday March 18, 2019 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. A prayer service will be held in the Wolf Funeral Services parlor at 7:45PM with Bro. Dexter Truesdale presiding. Burial will be Tuesday March 19, 2019 in the Cash Cemetery in Lena, MS. Wolf Funeral Services of Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Ballenger resided in Brandon, MS most of his life. He was Baptist by faith and was a member of the Flag Chapel Baptist Church in Jackson, MS. He loved spending time fishing and cooking.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Faye Ballenger; grandmother, Odell Wynn; grandfather H.L. Ballenger; grandparents Eddie and Jewel McMahan. He is survived by his father, Charles Ballenger of Pelahatchie, MS; one sister, Lisa McCollum (Mike) of Clinton, MS; two brothers, Mike Ballenger of Pelahatchie, MS and Daryl Ballenger of Richmond, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
