Mrs. Lyna Ruth Beeland, age 81 a resident of Morton passed away on Thursday January 9, 2014 at Scott Regional Hospital in Morton, MS. Visitation is Friday January 10, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Saturday January 11, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 12:45 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services are on Saturday January 11, 2014 in the chapel of Wolf Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the East Morton Baptist Cemetery in Morton, MS. Officiating is Bro. Earl Clark and Bro. Tal Vardaman. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Beeland was a life- long resident of Morton, MS. She was a member of the East Morton Baptist Church. She loved working with flowers and loved her jewelry.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Bessie Roberts and husband Newlon Beeland in 1970. She is survived by two sons, Tony Beeland and wife Linda of Morton, MS.; Danny Beeland and wife Carol of Brandon, MS.; one daughter, Diane Hayman and husband Howard of Morton, MS.; five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Curtis Warren, Percy Parker, Jerry Perry, Stephen Smith, Ricky Parker and Clyde L. Tatum.
