Mrs. Bond was a lifelong resident of Scott County, MS. She was a member of River Bend Baptist Church in Lena, MS. She is preceded in death by her parents; Davis and Elouise Holmes and her husband, Johnny Martin. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Bond of Lena, MS; sister, Lawanda Stevenson of Morton, MS and a number of nieces and nephews
