Bobby Gerald Brantley

Mr. Bobby Gerald Brantley, 66, passed away on Monday, January 4th, 2021, at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. Visitation will be held at High Hill Baptist Cemetery in Sebastopol, MS on Saturday January 16, 2021 from 12:30PM until 1:00PM with a graveside service to follow. Bro. Kenny Lang will officiate.
Bobby was born in Newton County, MS on December 3, 1954 to Ruby K. and the late Charles D. Brantley. He had lived in California since July of 2020, having previously resided in Childersburg, AL and Forkville, MS. Bobby was of the Baptist faith and had attended Mountain View Baptist Church in Childersburg, AL and Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA. He loved gardening, walking and serving his Lord.
In addition to his father, Bobby is preceded in death by his sister, Belinda Gail May. He is survived by his mother, Ruby Aycock of Lena, MS; daughter, Misty Chele Connell (Jordan) of Sylacauga, AL; sisters, Pam Trippe (George) of Lena, MS and Charlene Scott of Newton, MS; brothers, Larry Brantley (Letha) of Forest, MS and Michael Brantley (Dienne) of Lorena, MS; grandchildren, Destini, Anabelle, Carlie, Kinsley and Jewelia and a number nieces, nephews and other relatives.
