Audrey Nell Carr

Audrey Nell Carr, age 86, residing in Pineville, Mississippi, passed away on August 11, 2022, from heart failure at her home, surrounded by her family.
Services are being held on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, Mississippi, with burial to follow at Carr Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation is from 11:30 AM until 12:50 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, Mississippi.
Mrs. Carr was born and raised in Pea Ridge Community of Scott County, Mississippi and attended Harperville High School. She was an active member of Carr United Methodist Church. She was married to the love of her life, Robert Andy Carr, for 57 years. Mrs. Carr used her cooking and baking skills to serve her community. After poor eyesight and arthritis caused her to stop gardening and sewing. Mrs. Carr spent time taking care of and spending time with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Elna Page; sisters, Ida Adcock and Ophelia Wolf; mother-in-law Minnie Greer Carr and great grandson, Timothy Andrew Emmons.
Survivors include: husband, Robert Andy Carr of Forest, MS; daughters Vonoy Carr of Forest, MS, Kathy Carr Emmons (Tim) of Lake, MS and Mindy Carr Skinner (Rick) of Vicksburg, MS; grandchildren Chyanne Napp of Morton, MS, Jacob Emmons of Lake, MS, Brandy Robinson of Lake MS, Zachary Emmons (Tyler) of Newton, MS, Anthony Emmons of Purvis, MS, Brady Simpson of Lake, MS, Faith Emmons Morgan (Robert) of Lake, MS, Ashley Skinner Sampley (Alex) and Jason Skinner of Vicksburg, MS; great-grandchildren Brantley Thorne and Jaxon Morgan both of Lake, MS; and sister Linda Jones of Pelahatchie, MS.
