Billy Ray Chambers

Mr. Billy Ray Chambers age 77 passed away on Thursday October 22, 2020 at Woodland Court in Newton, MS. A visitation will be held on Sunday October 25, 2020 at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS from 1:30PM until 1:50PM with a funeral service to follow in the Chapel at 2:00PM. Burial will be at Hillsboro Baptist Cemetery in Forest, MS. There will be no graveside services.

Mr. Chambers was a lifelong resident of Hillsboro, MS. He was Baptist by faith and a member of Hillsboro Baptist Church in Forest, MS. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish. He was very involved in his grandchildren’s activities including baseball and all school events.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Walker Chambers and his daughter Tasha Gaddis.

He is survived by; three grandchildren, Jessie Hurtt (Dustin), Katelynn Phillips (William), Colby Gaddis and two great-grandchildren, Kylan Hurtt and Kruze Hurtt.
