Charlie Thomas Polk

Charlie Thomas Polk, age 59, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at St. Dominics Hospital in Jackson, MS. His memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. 

Charlie was born to Travis Polk and Peggy Jo Johnson on June 30, 1965, in Forest, MS. He had lived in Scott County, MS for the past thirty years. Charlie was a member of Clifton Baptist Church in Forest, MS. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt and he loved his dogs, family and his friends. 

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Travis and Peggy Jo Polk. He is survived by his life partner, Angela Thorton of Morton, MS; his step-mother, Charlotte Polk of Morton, MS his daughter, Christin Polk of Forest, MS; his sister, Judy Northway of Vicksburg, MS; his two brothers, Randy Polk (Carmen) of Pelahatchie, MS and Kevin Polk of Forest, MS; his step-brother, Gary Cushman of Forest, MS and several nieces and nephews.
