Francisco Jose Contreras, 68, born on October 3, 1953, passed away on February 7, 2022, at Meritt Health Central in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, from 9:00 AM until 9:50 AM with services to follow at 10:00 AM at Wolf Funeral Services Chapel with Bro. David Roman officiating. Burial will be at Eastern Cemetery under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.
Francisco was a resident of Forest, MS and worked for Peco Foods until he moved to Miami, FL in 2015. He was a Christian and a member of Ebenezer Pentecostal Church in Miami, FL.
Francisco is survived by his wife, Vilma Arauz Contreras of Miami, FL; mother, Ramona Blanco of Nicaragua; children, Luisa Contreras of Nicaragua, Luis Adony Contreras of Nicaragua, Griselda Contreras of Nicaragua; sisters, Maria Jose Contreras of Nicaragua, Rita Contreras of Nicaragua; brothers, Dagoberta Contreras of Nicaragua, Erasmo Contreras of Nicaragua, Felipe Contreras of California; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
