Frank Cooley, age 68, a resident of Summit, MS passed away on Tuesday November 5, 2013 at Southwest Regional Medical in McComb, MS. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November, 7, 2013 from 5:30Pm until 9:00Pm at Wolf Funeral Services, in Morton, MS., and on Friday November 8, 2013 from 8:00AM until 10:50AM. Funeral services will be on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Wolf Funeral Services, in Morton, MS. with burial and military rites following in the Farm Rest Cemetery in Ludlow, MS. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton is handling the arrangements.
Mr. Cooley had lived in Summit, MS since 2002. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in McComb, MS. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Vietnam era. He was a member of the American Legion in Crowley, LA. He was an avid LSU fan and loved tailgating at the LSU games and he loved camping. He retired as the owner of the NAPA Auto Parts in McComb, MS.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Frank & Celina Johnson Cooley. He is survived by his wife, Margie Cooley of Summit, MS.’ One daughter, Linda Courtney of Brandon, MS.; one son, Mark Cooley of Summit, MS.; and four grandchildren, Celina Marie Cooley, Sarah Stephens, Brittany Stephens and Alan Johnson Courtney.
Pallbearers will be Bill Daniels, Robert Bomar, Jerry Gullette, Marlon Gullette, Mike Lord and Joshua Seaux. Honorary pallbearer will be Alan Courtney.
