Thelma Crawford

Thelma Gail Crawford, 52, a resident of Forest passed away on Monday, April 2, 2012 at University Medical Center. Visitation will be held at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 5:30 until 9:00 pm and on Thursday, April 5, 2012 from 8:30 until 9:45 am. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 10:00 am in the chapel with burial following in the North Morton Baptist Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. David Bryant and Rev. T.J. Porter. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton will be in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Crawford had lived in Forest, MS for the past six months, moving from Morton, MS where she lied most of her life. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Morton, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clinton and Louella Herrod; one sister, Joyce Meeks.
She is survived by her husband, Don Crawford of Forest, MS; one sister, Sarah Porter and husband Toby of Morton, MS; one step-sister, Betty Tanner of Tuscaloosa, AL; two brothers, Richard Herrod and wife Rose of Morton, MS; William Porter and wife Penny of Pelahatchie, MS; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Floyd, Jeffrey Paul Floyd, David Reid, Larry Jones, Josh Meeks, and Larry Lynn Meeks.
