Audrey Denton

Audrey L. Denton, 85, a resident of Morton, MS passed away Wednesday, May 09, 2012 at Mississippi Care Center in Morton, MS. Funeral services will be held at 4:30 pm, Friday, May 11, at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton. Visitation will be from5:30 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 10 and on Friday one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Hodge Hill Cemetery in Morton. Rev. Earl Clark will officiate. Wolf Funeral Services will be in charge of the services.
Mrs. Denton was born December 22, 1926 in Scott County and was a life long resident. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Denton, her parents, two sisters and three brothers.
Survivors include two sons, Edward Denton of Brandon and Dalton (Jackie) Denton of Morton and one daughter, Dorothy (Bob) Singleton of Brandon; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Rev. Donnie Denton, Chris Denton, Clay Denton, Mark Denton, Chad Singleton and Carson Beck.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Morton, MS in memory of Mrs. Audrey L. Denton.
