Mrs. Jackie Denton age 65 a resident of Morton, MS passed away on Tuesday December 23, 2014 at her home. Visitation will be held on Friday December 26, 2014 from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Saturday December 27, 2014 from 8:45 AM until 9:45 AM at Wolf Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday December 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Wolf Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the Morton Memorial Gardens Morton, MS. Officiating will be Bro. B.J. Frith. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Denton was a lifelong resident of Morton, MS. She was a member of the Leesburg Baptist Church. She loved to work outdoors and working in her flower garden.
Mrs. Denton is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Emma Thomas; three brothers, Arnold, Wesley and Donnie Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Dalton Denton of Morton, MS.; two sons, Clay Denton and wife Kathy of Canton, MS., Mark Denton of Mendenhall, MS.; two sisters, Janie Hall and husband Belton of Morton, MS., Nellie Gray of Morton, MS.; three grandchildren, Kent Wulf, Victoria Denton, Lilah Denton; one great grandchild, Zayden Denton; a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Thompson, Scotty Thompson, Daniel Hall, Chris Denton, Dusty Hall, David Gray and Donnie Denton.
