Michelle Jolly

Michelle Jolly, age 53, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2023, from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM all at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS.  Her Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Dennis Cemetery.  Bro. Donnie Stuart will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

Michelle was born to Glenn Everett Dennis and Glenda Kaylynn Summerlin Dennis on January 1, 1970, in Jackson, MS.  She lived her whole life in the Forest area.  Michelle was a very creative person who loved to paint and make things.  She had a big personality and a big heart, she loved to help people, even when it caused her to do without.  Michelle was the glue of her family and always tried to get everyone together, her family was her everything especially her three kids, a nephew that was like a son, and her GG babies.  She loved the Lord and wasn’t ashamed to let you know it.  Michelle would show up for all occasions, even though she was always late.  When she did arrive, you would know she was there because she was loud, crazy, ditzy, funny and she didn’t stop talking.  Her words ranged from silly to powerful enough to move mountains.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Everett Dennis.  She is survived by her mother, Glenda Kaylynn Summerlin; three children, Corey Jolly (Emily), Kaysey Jolly (Steven) and Crystal Beard (Justin) all of Pelahatchie, MS; eight grandchildren, Addison, Ryliegh, Chase, Blakely, Madison, Trace, Leighton and Everett and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Terry Dennis, Ricky Dennis, Chad, Dennis, Chris McElhenney, Michael Smith and Cole Dennis.  Honorary pallbearers are Corey Jolley and Colby Dennis.
