Frank Edward Evans

Mr. Frank Edward Evans age 92, passed away October 29, 2020 at Cornerstone Hospital in St. John Broken Arrow Hospital in Broken Arrow, OK. A visitation will be held on Saturday November 7, 2020 at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS from 12:15 PM until 2:00PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday November 7, 2020 at Wolf Funeral Services Chapel at 2:15 PM. A Military Graveside Service will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery in Morton, MS. Brother Jeremy Price and Brother Barron Price will officiate.

Mr. Evans was a lifelong resident of Scott, County, MS. He had moved to Bartlesville, OK to be near his son. He was Pentecost by faith and a member of Polkville Pentecostal Church. He attended Truth Tabernacle in Bartlesville, OK. Mr. Evans had retired in 1989 from Armstrong World Industries. He then enjoyed cattle farming and gardening. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and was a MS. Sports Team fan. He served his country in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean Conflict.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sallie Evans; his siblings, Lodena Evans Harvey Jackson and Horace Evans.

He is survived by his son, Eddie Evans (Melanie) of Bartlesville, OK; sister, Jerilyn Evans Johnson of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Chris Evans and Alex Evans.

Pallbearers are Alex Evans, Chris Evans, Greg Evans, Joe Lyle, Phil Evans, Charles Harvey, Michael Harrell and Lee Marvin McClendon.
