James Louis “Fox” Fox, 66, a resident of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital, Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton on Saturday, December 03, 2011 from 9:00 until 10:45 am and the funeral services will be at 11:00 am in the chapel with burial following in the New Goodhope Baptist Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Joe Crane, Rev. Aaron Lewis, and Rev. Leon Holly will present the eulogy. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton will be handling the arrangements.
“Fox” was born in Monroe, LA and recently moved back to his childhood home in Pulaski, MS from West, MS and he was a member of New Goodhope Baptist Church in Pulaski, MS. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and trap.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Coy A. Fox and Hattie Mae Simons Fox; two brothers, Charles Edward and Robert Hester Fox; stepfather, Jacob W. Warren and one nephew, Allen Fox.
Survivors are one brother, Joseph A. Fox and wife Sara of Union, MS; one step-brother, Herschel Warren of Pulaski, MS; two step-sisters, Robbie Warren Stevens of Pascagoula, MS, and Nan Warren Ellis of Pulaski, MS; sister-in-law, Ann Fox of Brandon, MS; two nieces, Joy Fox Anderson of Hernando, MS and Donna Fox Simons of Jackson, MS; two nephews, Brent Fox of Apex, NC and Coy Fox of Morton, MS; close friends, Mike & Tanya Parks and Tony Wolf all of Morton, MS; and a friend, Sue Sistrunk Fox Lejune of Shreveport, LA.
Pallbearers will be Chet Gardner, Joel Puckett, Rabbit Rogers, James Perritt, Nicky Crapps, and Louie Parkman.
