Donald G. “Duck” Gardner

Donald G. “Duck” Gardner, 73, a resident of Forest, MS passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia, MS. Visitation will be held at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS on Saturday, April 06, 2013 from 9:30 until 10:20 with funeral services in the chapel at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in the Antioch-Steele Cemetery in Forest, MS. Officiating will be Elder George Gardner, and Bro. Jimmy D. McDill. Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gardner was a lifelong resident of the Ringgold Community in Scott County, and he was of the Primitive Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stites Gardner, Sr. and Evon Gardner; infant brother; two brothers, Bobby Gardner and Billy Jack Gardner.
He is survived by two brothers, Stites Gardner and wife Billie of Forest, MS; Elder George Gardner and wife Catherine of Forest, MS; two sister-in-laws, Patsy Gardner of Forest, MS; June Gardner of Carthage, MS; and a number of nieces and nephews.
