Mable Garrett

Mable Elaine Garrett of Jackson, MS left us to be with her precious Lord and Saviour on Sat March 24. She was born in Jackson on June 16, 1948 and was a life-long resident of Mississippi. She was a dedicated wife and mother who never failed to be the hands and feet of Jesus. She would share His word with anyone who would listen. Mable was a sweet soul who enjoyed gardening and sewing all her life. She often said in her final days that, "Jesus had her by the right hand". I am sure she is in His loving arms now.

Mable Garrett is survived by her husband, Jimmie Ray Garrett of Jackson, MS and her two sons and daughter in-law, David M. & Marisol Brewer of Lena and Mitch Brewer of Brandon. Sisters: Eleanor & Bob Burgess of Flora and Brenda & John Clingen of Brandon.

She is preceded in death by her son, Richard Alex Garrett of Ripley; Parents, Nolan Ray, Sr. and Joyce Alford of Jackson and her brother, Nolan Ray Alford, Jr of Tylertown.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 27 at Wolf Funeral Services 3054 Hwy 80 W. Morton, MS from 11am-12pm.

Graveside services will be held at Cash Baptist Church 1716 Cash Rd Lena, MS at 1pm.
