Infant Amellia La’ Reign Griffin, age 3 Months, passed away on May 4, 2022, at Blaire E Batson-UMMC in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 12, 2022, from 9:30 AM until 10:50 AM. Service will follow at 11:00 AM all held at Wolf Funeral Services Morton, MS. Officiating will be Bro. Matt Clark under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services. Burial will follow at New Zion Baptist Cemetery Walnut Grove, MS.
Amellia was born to David Harvey Griffin and Jasmine Nicole Stevens on January 25, 2022, in Jackson MS.
She is preceded in death by her Great Grandparents; Howard Sanderson, Bennie Joe Stevens, Sr., John Crosby, Shirley and Allen Hart, Mary and Laster Roberts and James White and uncle, Devin Mitchell. She is survived by her parents, David and Jasmine Griffin; sister, Devynn Griffin; Grandparents, Tammy and John Gilmer, Chris and Leeann “Jasmine” McCrory, Bennie Joe Stevens, Jr and Willie Griffin; Great-grandparents , Janet Stevens, Shirley Griffin, Loretta and Howard Sanderson, Hoss and Brenda Kirkley, Aunts and Uncles ,Allyssa Ward, Howard Ward, Nathan Griffin, Caitlyn Griffin, Lynn Warkentin, Matt Warkentin, Josh Barnes, John Spell, Bennie Joe Stevens III, Hailey Stevens, Zarchary Stevens, Joseph Stevens and William Stevens.
Pallbearers will be David Griffin, Nathan Griffin, Chris McCrory, and John Gilmer.
