Darlene Haralson Goss, age 71, a resident of Clinton, MS passed away on Wednesday June 17, 2015 at her daughter’s home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held on Thursday June 18, 2015 from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Friday June 19, 2015 from 9:00 AM until 9:50 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Friday June 19, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Wolf Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the Ephesus Baptist Cemetery in Forest, MS. Officiating will be Rev. Gary Mayes. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS will be in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Goss had lived in Clinton, MS for the past 20 years formerly living in Sebastopol, MS. She was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Goss spent her career in the claims processing with Allstate Insurance and the past 2 years as a trainer. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Mrs. Goss is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Dale Goss in 2010; parents, James Clinton and Mary Haralson; two brothers, Robert and James Haralson; and one son. She is survived by one daughter, Stacey Feathers and husband Brent of Brandon, MS; one son, Bruce Gilmore and wife Joy of Brandon, MS; one step-daughter, Vickie Sistrunk and husband Ricky of Union, MS; one sister, Nancy Myers of Forest, MS; one brother, Billy Joe Haralson and wife Jean of Forest, MS; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
