Johnnie Earl Harrison

Mr. Johnnie Earl Harrison, age 88, went to be with Jesus on Friday, May 1st, 2020 from his home in Pulaski, MS. The family is holding private services on Monday, May 4th, 2020 at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Interment will be at Luther Chapel Cemetery in Pulaski.

Mr. Harrison was a lifelong resident of the Smith County area. He was Lutheran by faith and was a member of Luther Chapel in Pulaski. Johnnie was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed gardening, especially growing tomatoes, he was loved by all, and more than anything, Johnnie loved his Jesus. Mr. Harrison is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Allie Harrison; his wife, Mary Wicker Harrison; five siblings and one great grandchild.

Mr. Harrison is survived by his sons; Willie Earl (Peggy) Harrison, Bobby Jack (Vickie) Harrison, Charles Ray (Rose) Harrison, Roy (Janice) Harrison, John (Wanda) Harrison and Randy (Teresa) Harrison, all from Pulaski; as well as his sisters; Odell Richardson and Billie Gibbs; his brother, Virgil Harrison; 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Mr. Harrison’s six grandsons.
