Justin Hawkins

Justin Hawkins, 24, a resident of Canton, MS passed away Thursday, January 17, 2013 at his residence. Visitation will be held at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS on Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 5:30 until 9:00 pm and on Monday, January 21, 2013 from 9:00 am until 1:45 pm. Funeral services will be Monday, January 21, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the chapel with burial following in the Barefoot Springs Baptist Cemetery. Officiating will be Bro. Kenny Lang. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
Justin had lived in Canton, MS for the past two years, moving from Lena, MS and he was a member of Barefoot Springs Baptist Church in Pelahatchie, MS. He loved to mechanic on cars and was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Faye Tyer in 2007. He is survived by his parents, Shelia Oxner and husband Tarpley of Lena, MS; Mark Hawkins, Sr. and wife Angie of Millport, AL; one son, Bentley Ryan Hawkins of Canton, MS; one daughter, Autumn Grace Townsend of Canton, MS; three sisters, Tracy Lasha Hawkins of Lena, MS; April Diane Prestage of Morton, MS; Amber O’Farrell Hawkins of Prattville, Al; six brothers, Dewayne Quick, Jr. of Brandon, MS; James Robert Quick of Morton, MS; Jerry Dewayne Quick of Morton, MS; Mark Hawkins, Jr. and wife Brianna of Tuscaloosa, AL; Dusty Hawkins of Millport, AL; and Patrick D. Hawkins of Tuscaloosa, AL; Fiance’, Ashley Townsend of Canton, MS; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Dewayne Quick, Jr., James Robert Quick, Jerry Dewayne Quick, Joseph Ellington, Drew McMillan, and Matthew Lavender. Honorary pallbearers will be Allen Prestage, Scott Wheeler, and Charner Benton.
