Julie Ann Trest

Julie Ann Trest, age 63, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, at her residence in Forest, MS. Her visitation will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 1:50 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Her services will be held in our Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. Her burial will follow at Antioch-Steele Cemetery in Forest, MS. Bro. Joey Smith will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services. 

Julie was born to Jerry Trest and Jewel Dement on April 18, 1961, in Jones County, MS. She was a lifelong resident of Forest, MS. She was a member of Steele Baptist Church. Julie loved taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren.

Julie is preceded in death by her mother, Jewel Trest, her sister, Karen Denise McNeil and her nephew Chad Harrison. She is survived by her father, Jerry Trest of Forest, MS; her daughter Angie Crocker (James Jr.) of Forest, MS; her brother Jerry G. Trest of Forest, MS; her three grandchildren Alissa Bell (Cody), Zachary Crocker (Brittany) and Summer Bobbitt (Darion); her two great-grandchildren, Ezekiel and Ashlee and a number of nieces and nephews. 

Pallbearers will be Bobby Jones, Elvis Shaw, Shawn McMillian, Eric Snellgrove, Duran Jenkins and Carl Johnson.
