Tony King, 69, a resident of Pelahatchie, MS passed away on Wednesday November 6, 2013 at his residence. Visitation will be held at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS on Friday November 8, 2013 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 9, 2013 at 10:00AM in the chapel of Wolf Funeral Services with burial to follow in the Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in Pelahatchie, MS. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. King had lived in Pelahatchie, MS for the past forty years moving from Leake County, MS. He was an avid NASCAR fan and he loved his dogs. At the time of his death he was employed at H & S Transportation in Forest, MS., where he served faithfully for over forty years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Earsle and Odessa Shepherd. He is survived by one sister, Mary King and husband Ronnie of Brandon, MS.; one niece, Stephanie Parker, one great niece, Emilee Parker, and one great nephew, Andrew Parker.
Pallbearers will be William Houston, Robbie Harvey, Marvin Wash, Don Stewart, Randy Hayes and Robert Stewart. Honorary pallbearers will be his fellow employees of H & S Transportation.
