Lewis "Lou" Neal Johnson

Lewis “Lou” Neal Johnson, age 74, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at his residence in Forest, MS. His visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS and Friday, August 30, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at All Seasons Worship Center in Forest, MS. His services will follow at 11:00 AM. Bro. Tim Lott will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

Lou was born on January 15, 1950, to William Thomas Johnson and Claudine Stafford in East Prairie, MO. He lived all his adult life in Forest, MS. Lou was a member of All Seasons Worship Center in Forest, MS. He was a happy and positive person. Lou was always helping people and sharing his knowledge and never expected anything in return. He was Cindy’s soulmate and best friend. Lou was never known to raise his voice. Lou enjoyed gardening, martial arts, going on cruises, playing cards, reading and going on ziplines.  He was a proud Vietnam-era Marine who served his country admirably and with distinction.

Lou was preceded in death by his parents, William Thomas Johnson and Claudine Stafford; his step-dad, Cliff Stafford and step-son, Jason Kreuz.  He is survived by his wife, Cindy Johnson; his three children, Melissa Conlee (Nathan) of Gluckstadt, MS, Sean White (Christy) of Brandon, MS and Jenna Chisolm (Brian) of Mize, MS; his siblings, Bobby Johnson (Margaret) of New Madrid, MO, Clark Stafford (Lori) of Hazlehurst, MS, Sherri Hollis (Don) of Wesson, MS, Cliff Stafford (Debra) of Florence, MS, Shelia Burd (Steve) of Wesson, MS and Angel Olinger (Jason) of Clinton, MS; his ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Conlee, Brian Chisolm, Sean White, Brandon White, Mason White and Larry Ingle.
