Mr. Loper was a lifelong resident of Sebastopol, MS. He was Baptist by faith and a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church in Sebastopol, MS. He is preceded in death by his father, Buck Austin Loper and his son, Bobby Loper, Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Audie Loper of Sebastopol, MS; his son, Sammy Loper of Sebastopol, MS; his sister, Martha Hanson of Pelahatchie, MS; two brothers, Larry Loper of Sebastopol, MS and Ricky Loper of Sebastopol, MS; grandchild, Beverly Loper Anderson.
