Sabino Cruz Lopez Sr.

Sabino Cruz Lopez, Sr., 64, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021, at Meritt Health in Brandon, MS. He was born on January 4, 1957 in Reynosa, Mexico to Jose Lopez and Maria Cruz. Visitation will be on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 1:50 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Services will follow at 2:00 PM in the Wolf Funeral Services Chapel with Bro. Jerry Hamilton and Bro. Kevin Reid officiating. Burial will be at Eastside Baptist Cemetery, Pelahatchie, MS under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

Sabino lived in Brandon, MS for two years and then moved to Pelahatchie, MS where he lived for the past 25 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing. He loved to eat and spending time with his family.

Sabion is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Maria Lopez. He is survived by four children; daughters, Maria Julieta Lopez of Brandon, MS, Nancy Lopez of Indianola, MS, Rosie Lopez of Morton, MS; one son, Sabion Cruz Lopez, Jr. of Pelahatchie, MS; four sisters, Francisca Marcos of Pelahatchie, MS, Lupe Vasquez of Carthage, MS, Alicia Lopez of Mexico, Nora Jones of Pelahatchie, MS; four brothers, Mario Lopez of Mexico, Martin Lopez of Pelahatchie, MS, Antonio Perez of Mexico, Jose Luis Lopez of Pelahatchie, MS; eleven grandchildren; a number of Nieces, Nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Sabino Lopez, Jr., Jordan Ordonez, Jose Lopez, David Jones, Martin Lopez, and Javier Marcos.
