Shelby Ray Maner

Mr. Shelby Ray Maner, age 86, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held Thursday September 13, 2018 from 5:30PM until 7:00PM and Friday September 14, 2018 from 10:00AM until 10:50AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Services will be held Friday September 14, 2018 at 11:00AM at Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, MS. Burial will follow at South Raleigh Christian Cemetery in Raleigh, MS. Officiating will be Wayne Maner and Rev. Jason Gibson. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Maner lived in Morton, MS for the past twenty-two years where he moved from Raleigh, MS. He was a charter member of South Raleigh Christian Church in Raleigh, MS. He served his country faithfully in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Forence Maner; his three sisters, Cecil Morrow, Lurline Singleton; and Frances Bryan. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Maner of Morton, MS; three children, Wayne Maner of Ridgeland, MS; Tony Maner of Homewood, MS; Terry Maner of Morton, MS; brother, George Maner of Canton, MS; three sisters, Margaret Phillips of Pulaski, MS; Myrtle Long of Philadelphia, MS; Ruby Aycock of Forkville, MS; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Lang, Corey Maner, Cruz Maner, Jordan Maner, Jayden Gibson, and Colby Maner.
