Marian V. Register

Marian V. Register, age 94, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, at her residence in Morton, MS.  Her visitation will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and Friday, February 23, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS.  Her Services will take place in our Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM.  Her Burial will follow at Morton Memorial Gardens in Morton, MS.  Bro. Charlie Jones will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

Marian was born on July 20, 1929, to A. D. Crane and Cora Stewart in Lauderdale County, MS.  She lived in Morton, MS for the past fifty-eight years.  Marian was a member of Bethleham Baptist Church in Forkville, MS.   She was raised in Conehatta, MS and she loved to sew. 

Marian was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Register, her three sisters, Juanita Blackburn, Virginia Gregory and Jean Dennis and her son-in-law, Alfred King. She is survived by her daughter, Debra King of Morton, MS; one grandchild, Regina Coley (James) and one great grandchild, Elijah Coley and a number of nieces and nephews. 

Pallbearers will be Darren Ross, Ricky Dennis, Ronnie Dennis, Chad Dennis, Chris McHenny and James Coley.
