Betty Elizabeth Martin

Mrs. Betty Elizabeth Martin age 56, passed away Friday December 18, 2020 Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. A visitation will be held on Monday December 21, 2020 at East Morton Baptist Cemetery from 9:30AM until 10:00AM with a funeral service to follow. Pastor Tim Lott will officiate.

Mrs. Martin was a native of Morton, MS and had lived in Brandon, MS for the past four years after moving from Wesson, MS. She was a Baptist by faith and a member of All Seasons Worship Center in Forest, MS. Betty loved to wear hats of various kinds and loved spending time with her family. She loved her God and going to Church, baking and she loved her animals. Betty was a very good wife to Tim.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Maxine Stokley.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Martin of Brandon, MS; her two children, Adam Martin (Kate) of Meridian, MS and Alex Martin (Lyndsey) of Kentucky; one sister, Lisa Russell (Billy) of Morton, MS; one brother, Stephen Stokley (Carla) of Morton, MS; four grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

Pallbearers are Reason Chandler, Jerry Johnson, Billy Russell, Alex Morado, T.J. Porter, Alex Martin, Storm Garretson and Noah Garretson.
