Shirley Jean Moore (Shoemaker)

Shirley Jean Moore, 62, of the Clifton Community, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Scott Regional Hospital in Morton, MS. Her family will receive visitors on Monday, October 31, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Her Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Bro. Joey Smith will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Service.
Shirley was born on March 3, 1960, in Meridian, MS to Johnny Edward Shoemaker and Bobbie Jean Cumberland Shoemaker. She was a lifelong resident of Scott County, MS. Shirley had four fur-babies that were her life; Tinkerbell, Tiny Girl, Sugar and Little Lady. She loved unicorns, liked to watch horror movies and her favorite color was purple. Shirley loved her family, especially her Mamma.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Moore; father, Johnny Shoemaker and grandson, Ryder Speed. She is survived by mother, Bobbie Jean Shoemaker; sons, Dink Speed (Becky) of Forest, MS and Ricky Speed (Jessica) of Sebastapol, MS; siblings, Johnny Ray Shoemaker (Merrie), Jimmy Ray Shoemaker, Betty Sue Jackson and Michael Paul Shoemaker all of Forest, MS; grandchildren, Justin Speed, Austin Speed, Mason Speed, Tyler Monk, Kayden Monk, Cooper Speed, Krusher Speed, Alan Jackson and Josh Jackson; great grandchildren, Lilly Grace Speed, Ella Speed, John Luke Jackson and Olivia Jackson; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
