Randall James Harmon, a cherished lifelong resident of Morton, Mississippi, passed away on January 14 2025, at the age of 66. Born on June 19, 1958, in Morton, he was the son of the late Paul and Bessie Harmon, who instilled in him the values of hard work and dedication.
Randall had a passion for working on cars, a hobby that provided him with joy and fulfillment throughout his life. His skills and enthusiasm for automobiles were well-known among his friends and family.
He is survived by his beloved children, Ricky Harmon of Brandon, MS, and Renee Owen (Mickey) of Brandon, MS, who carry on his legacy. Randall also leaves behind his siblings: JoAnn Jones of Pearl, MS; Johnny Harmon (Joan) of Morton, MS; Patricia Massey of Morton, MS; Glenda Harmon of Pearl, MS; Ronnie Harmon of Pearl, MS; and Connie Gilmore (Wayne) of Florence, MS.
Randall was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Harmon, Jr.; sisters Rita Stratton, Louise Davis, and Sandra Bowman; and brother Ricky Harmon, along with brothers Kenneth Harmon and Paul and Bessie Harmon, who had a profound influence on his life.
A memorial service to celebrate Randall's life will be held at Steele Blessed Worship Center in Morton, MS, on January 17, 2025, from 2:00 PM. Family, friends, and the community are invited to gather to remember a man who touched many lives with his warmth and dedication to his family.
