Mr. Hal Dewayne Richmond age 70, passed away on Thursday May 21, 2020 at UMMC in Jackson, MS. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Richmond was a lifelong resident of Leake County, MS. He was a Baptist by faith and a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Walnut Grove, MS. Mr. Richmond served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a Mason and a member of the Walnut Grove Masonic Lodge. He was an avid outdoors-man who loved hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Lonesome Doe Hunting Club. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Wilma Richmond; brother, Warren Richmond and his grandson Landon Miller. He is survived by his five children, Jennifer Kuhn of Grenada, MS, Mark Richmond of Forest, MS, Shelly Richmond of Lena, MS, Chris Richmond of Lena, MS, Kristen Richmond of Sebastopol, MS and his companion Sonya Bardwell of Carthage, MS.
