Frank Rigby age 61, a resident of Canton, MS. passed away on Thursday January 30, 2014 at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sunday February 2, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and Monday February 3, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 9:50 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Memorial Services will follow at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Wolf Funeral Services. Officiating will be Rev. James Mitchell and Rev. Paul Smith. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Rigby had lived in Canton, MS. since 1993 moving from Forest, MS, where he lived for most of his life. He was a member of the St. Matthews U.M.C. of Madison, MS. Frank was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish and was a charter member of the Rocking Chair Hunting Club.
Frank is preceded in death by his Father, Robert H. “Hot” Rigby. He is survived by his wife Tami McDill Rigby of Canton, MS; Mother, Jean Rigby of Forest, MS; three children, Christie Butler of Forest, MS; Heather Rigby of Meridian, MS; and Jill Rigby of Walnut Grove, MS; three brothers, Joe Rigby of Forest, MS; Bill Rigby of Forest, MS; and Tim Rigby of Madison, MS; two grandchildren, Kayla Worrell and Dalton Butler, three great-grandchildren, Cameron Burgess, Dylan Waggoner, and Layla Waggoner, a number of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Honorary Pallbearers are fellow members of the Rocking Chair Hunting Club.
