Marcella Lee Saunders, 71, a resident of Morton passed away Saturday, February 02, 2013 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Springfield, MO.
Mrs. Saunders had lived in Morton for the past seven years, moving from Nixa, MO, and she was of the Pentecostal Faith. She loved to participate in working on Arts & Crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald Saunders; one son, Arch Mark “Pete” Legler; one sister, Sandra Miller; one brother, Charles Kieffer.
She is survived by one son Jimmy Legler and wife Janice of Nixa, MO; one daughter, Bonnie Legler of Barstow, CA; one sister, Bess Crain of Morton, MS; two grandchildren, Adam Wayne Crain, and Alfred James Legler; and a number of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
