Elizabeth Sessums

Elizabeth Maxine (Pixie) Daniels Carpenter Sessums went home to be home with her Lord and Savior on May 12, 2017.
She was born on September 21, 1959 in Norfolk, VA. She spent most of her life in Thibodaux and Houma, LA. After graduating from high school she went to nursing school and worked in nursing homes for approximately 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her biological father James Burton Daniels; grandparents Kalb and Maxine Daniels of Wanchese, NC; grandmother, Mattie Lorena O’Neal of Buxtin, NC; grandparents, Thomas Grady and Eunice Carpenter of Conway and Brandon, MS.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Sessums; her mother, Mattie O’Neal Carpenter; her adopted father, Frank Carpenter; one brother, Barron Dekalb Daniels Carpenter of Bourg, LA; one daughter, Brandy Lee Liner of LA; two granddaughters, Bailey and Bobby Liner of LA; two nephews, James Burton Daniels Carpenter and Bryce Dekalb Daniels Carpenter of LA; aunt, Betty Kaye and Johnnie Beasley of Wanchese, NC; uncle, Bryan (Jitterbug) and Linda Daniels of Norfolk, VA; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and friends.
It is truly a blessing to know that you are at peace with God.
