Jerry Eugene Shepard

Mr. Jerry Eugene Shepard age 68, a resident of Pulaski, MS passed away on Saturday January 24, 2015 at his home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 27, 2015 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday January 28, 2015 from 9:30 AM until 10:50 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday January 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Burial will follow in the New Hope Baptist Cemetery in Carthage, MS. Officiating will be Pastor Tim Lott and Bro. Doug Rouse.
Jerry had been a resident of Pulaski, MS for the past 25 years, formerly living in Walnut Grove, MS. He was a member of the All Seasons Worship Center in Forest, MS. Jerry loved guns, collecting old trucks and riding motorcycles.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Mary Cox; first wife, Karen Shepard; great granddaughter, Ava Grace Bell. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Shepard of Pulaski, MS.; three daughters, Sonya Bassett and husband James of Conehatta, MS., Sue Bell of Conehatta, MS., Jennifer James of Sebastopol, MS.; two sons, Gary Hall and wife Melinda of Lawrence, MS., John Sullivan and wife Kathy of Harperville, MS.; two sisters, Yvonne Roland of Carthage, MS., Sandra Thompson of Lena, MS.; one brother, Danny Shepard of Carthage, MS.; eleven grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Pallbearers are Roger Massey, Preston Massey, Danny Gunn, Phillip Allen, Gary Hall, David Ray.
