Mr. Johnny Stewart age 44 a resident of Pearl, MS passed away on November 15, 2013 in Sunflower County. Visitation was held on Monday November 18, 2013 beginning at 1:00PM until service time at 2:00PM on Tuesday November 19, 2013 at Leesburg Church of Christ in Pelahatchie, MS. Burial followed in the Leesburg Church of Christ Cemetery in Pelahatchie, MS. Officiating was Rev. Jack Stewart and Rev. Jr. Shoemaker. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Stewart had lived in Pearl for the past 16 years, moving from Pelahatchie,MS. He was a member of the Leesburg Church of Christ in Pelahatchie, MS. He attended the Pelahatchie Attendance Center in Pelahatchie, MS in his younger years.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Stewart of Pearl,MS.; his mother and step-father, Estelle & Roger Boykin of Morton, MS.; father, James A. Stewart of Morton, MS.; one sister, Amanda Moore of Morton, MS.; three step sisters, Roxie Smith of Pelahatchie, MS.; Sandra McLaurin of Forest, MS.; April Hall of Morton,MS.; one step brother, Chris Boykin of Forest,MS.; maternal grandmother, Catherine Gray of Morton,MS.; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Pallbearers were John Glenn, Robert Glenn, Brian Blake, David Usry, Tony Usry, Tony Kyzar, and Joseph Huff.
