Ronald “Toot” Thomas, Jr. age 34, a resident of Lawrence, MS., passed away on Wednesday August 27, 2014 at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. Visitation will be held on Friday August 29, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Saturday August 30, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 10:50 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday August 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Burial will follow in the Pine Ridge Baptist Cemetery in Lawrence, MS. Officiating will be Rev. Gary Felton. Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. is in charge of the arrangements.
Ronald was a lifelong resident of Lawrence, MS. He attended the Lawrence Baptist Church in Lawrence, MS. and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Ronald is preceded in death by his uncle, Bobby Kindred in 2010, grandfather, Bobby James Thomas in 2011. He is survived by his father, Ronald Thomas, SR. and wife Christi of Lawrence, MS., mother, Beverly Jane of Hattiesburg, MS.; one son, David Thomas of Hickory, MS.; one daughter, Hadley Thomas of Louisville, MS.; three sisters, Lily Thomas of Lake, MS., Alexandra Thomas of Lake, MS., Cal’ea Thomas of Lake, MS.; two brothers, James Thomas of MO., John Thomas of Japan; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Crawford.
Pallbearers will be James Thomas, Jason Felton, Will McCormack, Ben Davis, Doug Massey, Scott Campbell. Honorary pallbearer will be John Thomas.
