Nancy L. Viverette, 73, a resident of Lake, MS passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. Visitation will be held at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS on Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 9:30 until 10:15 am and the funeral will be in the chapel at 10:30 am. Burial will be in the Salem Baptist Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Ken McLemore and Rev. David Jay. Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
Nancy had lived most of her life in Lake, MS and she was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake. She was a member of the Charity Sunday School Class and the Rose Garden Club. She loved to play the organ and piano and was the organist at her church for many years.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Clint Simmons, Jr., the father of her children; her second husband Bobby J. Viverette; son, John Clint Simmons, III; daughter, Cindy Simmons Monk.
She is survived by daughter, Lee Simmons Carmichael of Newton, MS; brother, Travis G. Hollingsworth, Jr. of Beaufort, SC; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
