Mr. Bradford Hayes Wallace, age 70, passed away on Sunday April 02, 2017 at his home in Polkville, MS. Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 04, 2017 from 10:30AM-until at the Oak Grove Church of God in Polkville, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday April 05, 2017 at 10:00AM at the Oak Grove Church of God. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Officiating will be Bro. Robert Gatewood. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Wallace was a lifelong resident of Smith County, MS and was a member of the Oak Grove Church of God. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and farm. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Emlis Wallace; and his sister, Margaret Williamson. He is survived by his wife, Frances L. Wallace of Polkville, MS; two sons, Quinn Wallace of Polkville, MS, and B.J. Wallace (April) of Polkville, MS; one daughter, Wendy Plunk (Josh) of Polkville, MS; two brothers, Lester “Buster” Wallace (Ruth) of Taylorsville, MS, and Devon Wallace of Taylorsville, MS; six sisters, Serlena Dennis (Rev. Otha) of Polkville, MS, Catherine Blackwell of Pineville, MS, Bonnie Yates (Vondell) of Magee, MS, Wanda Goodson (Johnny) of Pineville, MS, Deborah Lowery (Hulon) of Trenton, MS, and Regeana Weeks of Brandon, MS; four grandchildren, Bradley, Taylor, Triston, and Trinity; one great grandchild, Allory; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Wallace, Triston Adcox, Mark Driskill, Cody Driskill, Brian Driskill, Matthew Driskill, and Jason Wallace. Serving as an Honorary Pallbearer will be Paul Craft.
