David White, Sr.

David Lee White, Sr., 53, a resident of Pelahatchie passed away Saturday, November 3, 2011 at Magee General Hospital in Magee, MS. Visitation was held at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS on Tuesday, December 06, 2011 from 5:00 until 9:00 pm and on Wednesday, December 07, from 10:00 am until 1:45 pm. Funeral services were on Wednesday, December 07, 2011 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Wolf Funeral Services with burial at the Rehobeth Baptist Cemetery. Officiating was Rev. Harold Schmidt. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. White had lived in Magee, MS for the past year moving from Morton, Pelahatchie and Raleigh, MS and he was of the Baptist faith. He loved to swim and go fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Zulla White, one sister, Joyce Steen.
He is survived by his fiancée, Nancy Higgins of Magee, MS; two sons, David Lee White, Jr. of Pelahatchie, MS; David Michael Higgins of Magee, MS; two daughters, Billie Danielle White of Magee, MS; Desserae Puckett of Magee, MS; two sisters, Brenda Ragan of Morton, MS; Betty Hill of Morton, MS; one brother, Bobby Jack White, Sr. of Pelahatchie, MS; five grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
